DEPOSIT-At time of booking a $100 non refundable Deposit is required to secure your event date. This will go towards your balance. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled event. Failure to pay balance by the allotted time will result in cancellation of your event. with NO REFUND!!
DAMAGE FEE-There will also be a $150 Security Deposit that will be held for up to 7 days to ensure there is no damage to our equipment, once equipment is checked over and everything is fine, you will receive your deposit in the same form in which you paid. There is Also a cleaning fee if once returned to collect the equipment and there is debris, dirt, food of any kind, ball pit balls everywhere of $75.
RULES FOR SOFT PLAY:
1. NO FOOD/ CANDY/ DRINKS allowed on or around play area.
2. NO SHOES socks must be worn at all times
3. CHILDREN AGES 0-5 YEARS OF AGE ONLY!
4. NO THROWING OF BALLS OR ANY OF THE PLAY EQUIPMENT.
5. ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES!
